You may cancel your order before it enters the shipping process. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note, we try our best to provide you with the quickest service possible. Once your order has entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel it. You may, of course, return any part to us as per our Return Policy, as stated below.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied or need to return your order, please contact us within 14 days via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help you set up your return. All returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase and approved with RMA number. Item shipped back without an RMA number will not be accepted and will not processed. Items must ship within 14 days from the time the RMA was issued.
Parts must be in new & resalable condition and must not have been used or installed. Items must be returned in original packaging. Any returned item that is not in new & resalable condition will be discarded and no credit will be issued. Rejected parts will not be returned to customers.
A full refund includes price paid plus any applicable tax, excluding original shipping charge. Shipping and handling charges for the initial shipment are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees unless pre-approved.
Spare parts will carry restocking fee at the rate of 10% of the item price and not less than $20.00 per order.
Imaging plates and Roller Cleaning sets Can not be returned if the original sealed package was opened.
Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse staff, we will notify you. If the part returned is in the same condition that it was send to you, we will refund your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days to process all returns. Depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
All new parts carry a 3-month warranty from Carestream. Warranty exchange for a new part will be processed by the part manufacture. Exchange approval subjected to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer. CR ProTech cannot guarantee approval.
Refurbished parts carry 30 days warranty and CR ProTech Inc will be responsible for their exchange subjected to warranty exchange approval. Please contact Sales@crprotech.com to request warranty exchange.
